Dayglow is a town in the Core Region built upon the remains of San Diego. The founder of the Follower of the Apocalypse, Nicole was born here. After the exodus, due to the spread of sickness, the town was completely abandoned however ghoul refugees from Necropolis soon settled there as they were eager to see if they could scavenge technology from the abandoned facility. The town was renamed Dayglow and some ghouls formed partnerships with scavenging companies from The Boneyard and The Hub. By 2241 Dayglow became a state of the NCR
