The Hunting Rifle in the Mojave Wasteland differs greatly from its Capital Wasteland counterpart in that it is much more powerful, rarer and chambers .308 rounds. A good weapon that is easy to get if you don't really have morals. With useful mods and only slightly uncommon ammunition, this weapon should be your choice for taking out anything from a radscorpion to a fiend.
