From now on, all weapons that are featured in more than one game must have individual articles for each version. For instance BB Gun now redirects to a disambiguation article; however, BB Gun (Capital Wasteland) takes you to the Fallout 3 BB Gun page. We are yet to assign a WSG name for fallout 1 & 2 (i.e. "Fallout: New Vegas" is "Mojave Wasteland"), so any suggestions would be appreciated.

It should be noted that when you add a new weapons article, there are a number of steps that you must follow.

  1. Create a page with the weapon's basic name (BB Gun)
  2. Rename this page as a disambiguation article (BB Gun (Disambiguation)), this will set up a redirect.
  3. Add the {{disambig}} template to the top of the page
  4. Create the weapon page with the appropriate, game-specific title (BB Gun (Capital Wasteland))
  5. Add this page to the appropriate weapons category (Category:Capital_Wasteland_Weapons)
  6. Add a link to this page on the disambiguation article, displaying the full page name.
  7. Check that all of the links and redirects that you have implemented work

If the weapon article already exists for another game, then ignore steps 1-3 and start from step 4.

I have done this to all of the existing weapons articles, so it's just for future reference.
